While it takes a bit of effort to live in focused energy, it’s well worth it. Focus, energy, and mindfulness are 3 of the keys to high performance living as well as to living with grace and ease. The same techniques and approaches that people with ADD learn to manage their syndrome works for entrepreneurs and others who want more from their lives.
Start your day with gratitude and keep that attitude going all day. There is so much to be thankful for! When I have a sunny day, dry roads while driving, meet new friends, reconnect with old friends and associates, and am hired by a new client that counts as a red-letter day! I also find gratitude in rainy days, quiet time, and focused working time.
The coaching and training I finished this week helped me reconnect with my love of people. I love their potential for greatness. I have so much inside me to give, so much to express that I can hardly contain myself. My passion is bubbling up and spilling over, and I need to find more ways to express that. My passion is to help people unleash their potential and live the great lives they deserve.
Do you have those kinds of realizations and excitement?
My passion for life leaves me puzzled about the lack of passion others seem to have. I see so many people with such gifts to share that it angel me when they don’t step up and give — selfishly holding back.
It’s been reported time and again that people in their last days of life have regrets of not following their hearts and dreams and not spending enough time with their friends and families. You can avoid that by increasing your focus so that you have clear dreams and a visible path; increase your energy with adopting an energy attitude, right eating, movement, and meditation; increase your mindfulness by being present.
That’s what a life or no regrets looks like.
